5th Pan-European Duck Symposium
16th-20th April 2018
Isle of Great Cumbrae, Scotland
The Pan-European Duck Symposium takes place in different places in Europe every three years. This conference attracts a wide variety of duck biologists, conservationists and wildfowl managers from all over Europe and further afield.
We warmly invite you to the 5th Pan-European Duck Symposium to be held at the Field Studies Centre at Millport, on the Isle of Great Cumbrae in Scotland on the 16th-20th April 2018. Great Cumbrae is a small, but accessible, island in the Firth of Clyde, on the west coast of Scotland.
There will be three full conference days and one day for a field excursion. In addition, a seaducks and marine renewables seminar will take place on the day before PEDS5 begins. The call for abstracts is now closed.
The Organising Committee comprises Chris Waltho, Richard Hearn, Colin Galbraith and Matthieu Guillemain. The Scientific Programme Committee is chaired by Prof. Colin Galbraith. If you have specific enquiries at this stage, please contact the chair of the Organising Committee, Chris Waltho.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Millport!
